The Bermondsey Square Hotel

What an amazing experience! We came to this hotel after being scammed by Airbnb in the middle of the night in London. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were incredibly caring and understanding about what had just happened to us. They booked us a perfect room and paid attention to every detail. The hotel itself is wonderful, with beautiful and clean rooms, amazing staff, and a tasty breakfast. The location was perfect for our visit, as it is close to many tourist attractions and well connected by public transport. We truly felt at home and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to London.

I ended up staying an extra night. The room was very clean and comfortable, I was in the superior double bit I’ll treat myself next time and upgrade. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I would suggest booking through their official website as breakfast is complimentary. Lovely range of food to choose from, so tasty and filling. The location is awesome with a Sainsbury’s literally across the way. I’m looking forward to staying here again

Positives, Lovely hotel, lovely staff, clean well appointed room, comfy bed and great value for money, lovely breakfast! Negatives, shower worked only on one setting, shower lights all but one didnt work, generally tired room, marks on walls, a little tatty. Could do with more teas and coffees in room, and the TV had to keep getting reset on the wall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there, and would absolutely stay again!

Great location and stylish vibe, but room lighting could be better Stayed at The Bermondsey Square Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Tower Bridge and surrounded by cool cafes and shops. For central London, the price was reasonable, especially considering how close it is to major attractions. The room had a modern feel and was generally comfortable, but it wasn’t well lit. Even with all the lights on, it felt a bit dim, which made getting ready in the evening a bit tricky. On the plus side, the bed was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable. Overall, a good option if you want a hotel in a lively area, but be prepared for a few quirks.

The location was fantastic being in the heart of London, about 15 minutes walk to London Bridge the Shard, and other historical locations within a 30 minute journey makes this a prime location. The room was good, but the bathroom was really modernized which I love about this Hotel. I will definitely go back!!!

The hotel is in a great location. Short 15 minute walk to London Tower. Rooms are clean and tidy and have all of the basics that you need. Staff are a little disengaged. Almost like they don't want to be there. The front desk guys are constantly on their phones an rarely look up when anyone enters the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at Bermondsey Hotel. The room was spotless, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The WiFi was also reliable and worked well throughout my stay. Breakfast officially starts at 7am, but as I was fasting, I asked if it would be possible to receive something earlier. The team went above and beyond by preparing a takeaway bag with fruit, yoghurt, croissants, and water, and delivering it straight to my room. I had requested it for 5am, and they knocked on my door at exactly 5am — perfectly punctual. The staff member kindly said that if I needed anything more, I just had to ask. Truly amazing service and such thoughtful, accommodating staff. It made my stay even more comfortable, and I really appreciated the effort they made. Highly recommended!

A good place, Not far walk from the train station, the staff was great and pleasant. The rooms were a little outdated. Have seemed better times but all in all it was a great visit. There's a small grocery store type place across the way in a few bars right there. I'd stay again based on the location and again, the rooms weren't bad just need some new carpet a little paint.
